ReyChem Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchange of merchandise. A valid explanation of complaint must be e-mailed to ReyChem within 5 business days from receipt of shipment. If product is deemed unsatisfactory by our staff an exchange will be made. 

Exchange – no fee

Returns- 5 % restocking fee

No returns or exchanges after 30 days. 

ReyChem cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise. The return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Since conditions of use of products are out of our control, user assumes all responsibility for the material being used.  We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and assume no liability in connection with any use of this product.

Freight Policy:

All orders will be shipped UPS/FedEx ground/USPS/ or common carrier.

Inspect your package for damage upon delivery & notify delivery agent before they leave your site.

In case of shipping damages contact shipper immediately.

Ordering Information:

Check your address before finalizing order! We need accurate billing name, address and phone, shipping name, and E-Mail. IF we cannot contact you about a problem, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.
